Our story · Est. April 2026

Somers needed a gathering place. We brought the coffee.

Roasted Beanery opened its doors on April 27, 2026 in the Somers Crossing plaza, a coffee shop built on a simple belief: that a small New England town would show up for genuinely serious coffee, served without pretension.

Somewhere between the supermarket run and the school pickup, there should be a place to slow down. That's the one we're building.

Tina Lesniak wrote about the four of us and what we are building here. Tyler's hope for the shop: that it becomes the town square.

What we stand by

Craft. Coffee. Connect.

Craft
Brewed to order, every time

Single-origin pour-overs with the tasting notes on the card. Espresso dialed in every morning. If it takes four minutes, it takes four minutes.

Coffee
Honest ingredients

Quality shows up in the details. 100% organic Refreshers with no artificial dyes. Blue Magic colored naturally with blue spirulina. Brioche from real bakers. And that same thinking goes into everything we serve.

Connect
A place to gather

Local art on the walls, room to work or linger, and a counter where regulars are greeted by name. Come for the coffee, stay for the conversation.

How we choose our coffees

Every coffee earns its place

01
Chosen with intention
We carefully choose the coffees we serve, working with trusted roasting partners who share our passion for quality and craftsmanship.
02
Looking for something memorable
A little wow. A surprising fruit note, or a sweetness that keeps showing up as the cup cools, something that makes you stop after a sip and pay attention.
03
Tasted before we pour it
Every morning begins by dialing in our espresso and tasting each adjustment. We look for consistency too, so the coffee you fell in love with last week is still recognizable the next time you come in.
Want to work the counter?
We love building our team locally. No coffee experience required. We'll teach you the craft. Bring the care.
